All users of this upgraded service are required to register again even if you've used it before. To sign up today, follow the simple step-by-step instructions below. This new upgrade allows us to deliver even better service to you by including the ability to review your Blackfoot statements from previous months; pay your Blackfoot bills online; arrange for you Blackfoot bills to be paid automatically; and more.
5 Simple Steps to Sign-up for Blackfoot's eBill Service
STEP 1: Log on to Blackfoot's newly redesigned Web site at www.blackfoot.com and find the section called "Manage My Account" in the bottom left corner.
STEP 2: Click the link called "Create an Account" since all current and past users must register again to use this enhanced service. (After you have established an account this first time, you will be able to simply enter a user name and password for this service in the future.)
STEP 3: You'll be taken directly to a page called "Create a New Account" where you are required to enter your contact information. At the bottom of the page, you will see an eBill logo where you must enter your 16-digit Blackfoot account number from your printed bill to enroll specifically for our eBill service. You must click the "Create My Account" button at the bottom to continue.
STEP 4: The next page you will see is called "Manage My Account" and highlights your name at the top. This means you have successfully created an account, but you have not yet linked it to our eBill service. To do this, you must click the eBill logo which will take you to an enrollment page.
STEP 5: The final page you will see is called "Enroll for Online Access" where you are required to enter personal information and select preferences. Once you have completed this, click "Submit".
CONGRATULATIONS! You will then see your Account Balance page which indicates that your account with the eBill service has been successfully created.
