FREE Tech Support includes the following services: Access to Blackfoot technical support team via email or toll free 1-877-881-1155. Basic dial-up and broadband Internet connection troubleshooting, between the home/business and Blackfoot’s central offices, with a goal of ensuring customer’s Internet connection is functional. EXCLUSIONS: On-site technical support visits by Blackfoot. Replacement hardware, computers, or workstations. Network support, including configuration or troubleshooting. Blackfoot provides network support to customers at a competitive hourly rate.
