Missoula, Montana, February 28, 2018 – Today, Blackfoot was awarded the 2018 Employer of Choice, Large Business Category, by the Missoula Job Service Employer’s Council (JSEC). JSEC is comprised of individuals from local employers who are committed to enhancing community investment in workforce development.
The Employer of Choice Award is presented annually to nominated organizations that go above and beyond average expectations of employee support. Blackfoot was recognized specifically for its robust benefit program for both active and retired employees, and the corporate culture that starts directly with the executive team.
Jason Williams, Blackfoot CEO, and Laura Marshall, Vice President Corporate Administration, accepted the award and gave insight to the innovative and family-oriented mindset Blackfoot strives to exemplify.
