1. Measured vs. Unlimited Service
Unlimited phone service is free local calling at anytime with no limitations on service areas. With Measured service, you can call anyone in your town with the same pre-fix for free. If you call someone outside your pre-fix in your local calling area, you will be charged 5 cents per minute. To retrieve your Voice Mail messages from another touch-tone phone
Call the local Voice Mail number provided by Blackfoot.
You will be prompted for a mailbox number and password. Your voice mailbox will always be your seven-digit phone number followed by the # sign. Your password is originally set as your seven-digit phone number. You can change your password once logged into your voice mailbox.
(To change your password, choose option 9 “mailbox setup” and then 2 “create/change password”.)
This feature allows you to activate or deactivate the Call Forwarding feature from a local or remote telephone. Please call Blackfoot Customer Sales and Service to set-up this feature, then dial the following numbers: a special access local telephone number that will be provided by Blackfoot upon ordering, your telephone number, your Personal Identification Number (PIN) and the activation/deactivation code. You must have regular Call Forwarding on your phone for this service to work.
Every Blackfoot Internet comes with a pre-set number of e-mail accounts ranging from 5 to 25. You can easily add more accounts for new employees or additional services for a nominal set-up fee. To add more accounts, please contact Blackfoot’s Business Customer Sales & Support.
This feature is beneficial for small business who can’t afford a second line, but need the flexibly send or receive fax documents, or maintain two business phone numbers. Once this feature is activated, you will hear unique ring tones for each of your business phone numbers or you will have the ability to conveniently fax.
