Should I reply to requests for personal information?

Emails asking for personal information are referred to as ‘phishing’ attacks because the sender is attempting to get information from the recipient.  Do NOT reply to these emails.  If you have replied to one of these emails, you should contact your email provider and change your password and/or protect the information that you provided.
