Downloading large messages may take a bit of time. You're probably used to having your messages download in a matter of seconds but if someone has attached a file to an e-mail message, it could take up to an hour or longer to download, depending on the size. Try accessing your mail from Blackfoot.net's Webmail at: http://webmail.blackfoot.net; from here you may be able to view and delete large messages.
You may also call Blackfoot.net Technical Support at 877-881-1155. The technicians will be able to determine whether you are having a connection problem or if you have a large attachment. If you decide you don't want to wait for an attached file to download, they can also remove it from the server.
