What should I do when I am ready to start phone service?

Call our Customer Care Team at 406.541.5000.

A customer sales and service representative will describe the services available to you, explain the costs, and take your order. To place an order we will need the following:

1) Your physical address, including apartment or suite number.

2) How you want to be listed in the telephone directory (published or non-published).

3) Your choice of a long distance provider.

4) Employment information.

5) Business ownership information (for business services).

6) Copy of current photo identification (such as a drivers license, State ID) or verification of ID information through Equifax.
