Using contacts list within CommPortal enables great convenience features such as quick contact search and one-click dialing form your PC desktop, with no need to pen Outlook.
Our UNIFIED VOICE MAIL feature allows you to import your MS Outlook contacts into CommPortal but does not support the quick contact search & dial described above.
