For Customers With Special Telephone Needs

For everyone, including the thousands of people who are Deaf, Hard of Hearing, Deaf-Blind or Speech Disabled, Montana and Idaho offers an important public service called Montana Relay and Idaho Relay.  These states guarantee all citizens access to convenient, reliable options and services that enable them to communicate by telephone.

There are now several options available to connect to Montana and Idaho Relay Services.

Dial 7-1-1 from any phone in Montana and Idaho or the appropriate toll-free number below to connect to the Relay Service.  Give the Communication Assistant (CA) the area code and number you want to call.  During the relay call, the CA will voice everything typed by the text user and type everything spoken by the voice user.
