Connie Stevenson - Vice President of Customer Operations

Connie Stevenson leads ­­Customer Operations, a 24-person department that is responsible for customer service, internal services, and customer support.

BACKGROUND

Connie has been building customer relationships since coming to Blackfoot in 2003. Previously, she was Director of Customer Operations at Canby Telephone Cooperative in Oregon. She started her career at the Cooperative as a Business Office Supervisor; prior to that, she had spent five years in a variety of customer service positions at the Northwest Western Region office of Contel, a telecommunications business in Silverton, Oregon. Connie holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Southern Oregon State College.

INTERESTS AND ACTIVITIES

Connie enjoys art, calligraphy, photography and music. She is involved in her local church and loves visiting the Missoula Art Museum.
