Try the following troubleshooting tips:
- Look to see if your ringer on your phone is off.
- Make sure your phone is not on “Do Not Disturb” (DND).
- Test with a corded phone at the NID. If you have Dial Tone at the NID, there is a problem inside the home. If there is no Dial Tone at the NID, there is an issue with the phone line coming up to the home.
- If you don’t have a corded phone, you can still test at the NID if you have a power source close enough to your NID to plug your phone base in at the NID and at the power source.
