Will I be charged if I request help for issues not caused by Blackfoot services?

In the event Customer requests assistance for issues determined to be unrelated to any Blackfoot-provided Service—including but not limited to issues arising from third-party services, applications, equipment, or Customer-implemented changes that impact the performance or availability of Blackfoot Services—Blackfoot Communications may, at its discretion, provide such assistance subject to the following conditions:
- Blackfoot Communications shall provide Customer with a written or verbal quote for the estimated charges prior to initiating any such work.
- Charges shall be based on Blackfoot Communications’ then-current labor and material rates, including any applicable minimums for after-hours or on-call support.
- Blackfoot Communications shall have no obligation to perform such work unless and until the Customer accepts the quoted charges.
- Any such work shall be deemed outside the scope of any applicable Service Level Agreement and shall not be subject to SLA performance guarantees.
