Internet vs. WiFi: What’s the difference?

The internet allows you to connect to the world through a global wide area network. To have an internet connection at your home, you must have access to an internet service provider (or ISP), such as Blackfoot. WiFi technology enables you to access the internet on your devices via a wireless connection. To convert your home internet to WiFi, you first need a modem. Your modem is supplied by your internet service provider and delivers your internet service.
